It Ain't Safe 'Round Here

from Mind The Noise by Craic Attics

/

about

Date Recorded: August 18, 2011
Order in which song was made for project: 26 of 42
Instruments Played: Bass, Acoustic Guitar

How they made it: It is the only track to include an acoustic guitar (and not much of it anyway). While the previous few songs seem to have gone off track, the conga drums on this assures the audience this album is still fire. The track itself was made rather quickly, as it is only four notes total: two on the bass and two on the guitar.

Origin of song title: Titled “It Ain’t Safe ‘Round Here” because the congo drums, as well as the low tones on the bass, allude that danger is lurking on the streets of Nigeria.
