Just Go With It

from Mind The Noise by Craic Attics

/

about

Date Recorded: August 17, 2011
Order in which song was made for project: 18 of 42
Instruments Played: Bass, Irish Tin Whistle, Traversa, Melodica

How they made it: The first song made after a three month hiatus of the project. Started with Michael picking up Danny's bass, laying down a groove, and Danny saying, "When did you learn how to play the bass?"

The first melodica part in the song was recorded before the wind instruments and just happened to be playing when recording the two layers of tin whistle and traversa. As a result, the melodica can be faintly heard as the track builds.

Origin of song title: Couldn’t think of a name so went with the making-of-Mind the Noise philosophy: Just go with it…
